Have your Crew come at our new state of the art facility at Broad Creek’s Lost Pines Base Camp. Located right on the water of our rock quarry in Delta Pa just minutes from Broad Creek. This Florida setting with a white beach and warm tropical breezes, comes with camp office, modern co-ed bathrooms and shower house, 2 fire rings, large pavilion, badminton area, outdoor movie nights on our 30 foot screen, 3oo feet of piers, scout water park and swim area. All this on a private 80 acre grass wooded site right on the water.
Crews may choose any of the following treks from scuba, Lost Pines Adventure, snorkeling, golf, or white water kayaking on the lower Muddy Run. Check our other trek page for programs and added fees. Venture and Crew Scouts may also for no fee, part or all of the day take BSA Lifeguard, or be a camp counselor either at our scout or cub camp, kayak, go sailing or canoe at Broad Creek’s new water front on the Susquehanna River. Kayak from Broad Creek to explore the historic city of Have De Grace, hike the Mason Dixon trail along the Susquehanna River, and several other programs at the scout camp. Crews have several meal options at camp. You can either choose to bring and cook your own meals or join us at Broad Creek at our dinning hall for your meals. Our Lost Pines staff will help cater each crew members program for the week.
To find clear water this blue you would have to go down to Florida or… The quarry at Guppy’s Gulch. A 17 acre lake and 80 feet deep, only at Broad Creek Scout Reservation.
