Trek 1: Lost Pines Adventure
Prerequisites: 13 years of age and pass camp swimmers test
Difficulty Level: moderate with extreme activities
Times: M-F afternoons and evenings

This is our most popular trek and includes:



Monday: Kayak the upper Susquehanna River, visit a Amish farm to buy homemade woppie pies, enjoy a barbecue at a park, jump off boulders into clear water, explore over a hundred islands, and finish your trip kayaking under the stars.




Tuesday:Your spend the afternoon at Lost Pines Water Park at Guppy Gulch’s rock quarry. Your shoot down not one but three different zip lines, run on a log in the water just like the lumberjacks, shoot down a water slide with a 1,000 gallons of water per minute to trust you, and use GPS to find hidden containers. Then your finish your stay playing dodge ball.


Tuesday night you will play night version of capture the flag against 40 other lost pine campers. Your use camp maps, make up, and dark clothing to help con-seal you in your mission. There is a twist, the camp staff will be hiding through out the camp ready to shoot you with water cannons and Indian tanks.



Wednesday: That afternoon your go rafting at Rock State Park. A favorite mid week activity with rapids, rope swings, boulders to jump off, and a great way to cool off.

Wednesday night full scuba at the camp pool. After a short lesson on us and testing the gear, you will go out to the deep end to race under water riding big wheels at the bottom of the pool.
Thursday: The all new Guppy Gulch Water Park!

Friday: Lost Pines Graduation at the Queen and King Seat. After lunch your head over to the King and Queen Seat at Rock State Park. At the top of a 200 foot rock face in your class A uniform and a bathing suit you will receive after a short ceremony the Lost Pines High Adventure Patch. After wards your have your picture taken on what could only be described as the green Grand Canyon of the East. After taking off your class A you will boulder down the 200 foot rock face and swim in the cool river at the bottom. There you will find steps of water falls, jumping off boulders, and a natural water slide.
